About the Role:

The Manager Channel Development - will be the Channel sales lead for the company with a focus on key channels including leading telco’s, cable providers, ISP’s and major retailers like Best Buy or Costco and financial services and media companies. He/she will be building and expanding the AppDirect network and achieving maximum market penetration through strategic alliances, channel penetration, and customer and user conversion programs. He/She will drive revenue and profitability objectives utilizing their in-depth knowledge and understanding of channel needs and behavior and their knowledge and ability to take advantage of opportunities in any key market with innovative approaches, ideas and solutions. 

This executive will refine, expand and enhance the market segmentation and customer acquisition programs, short and long term growth initiatives and partnering approach to fuel targeted growth for the company. He/She will work closely with the CEO and other key executives to ensure that the appropriate actions take place to realize the strategic vision and plan.  

This person will have a clear understanding of SaaS applications and the cost and time efficiencies they deliver and belief that AppDirect’s seamless and elegant solution will reinvent the approach businesses will take to discover, buy and use business applications. He/she will also thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where new ideas and visions are born every day. 

As a key member of the executive team the Manager, Channel Development is responsible for driving channel acquisition, revenue conversion and client retention for AppDirect’s network.


About You:

The ideal candidate will have the following professional qualifications:
